Note: The UI has been updated for elluminate versions 23.3+; however, the functionality in the video remains relevant. 24.1+ filtered columns are not indicated by an orange underline as seen in the video, instead they are indicated by a filter icon.
Important: Any user assigned a specific role will mark a record as reviewed on behalf of that role and a role can only mark a record as reviewed once. Meaning, three users with the role of Medical Monitor cannot each individually mark a record as reviewed.
Instructions
- From Data Central, select a Study.
- Hover over the domain you want to review and select the Open Listing & Details icon to open the Listing and Details view dashboard. There will be individual columns for the roles configured for data review on that listing.
- By default, the listing is filtered to your role (e.g. MM), so it only shows records that are new or have been updated since the record was last reviewed.
- To filter so only records that have been reviewed by another role display, click the column header for that role (e.g. DM) and select Filter.
- Mark a single record as reviewed:
- Click the Review button in the Details view toolbar.
Tip: Click the arrows in the Details view to quickly move to the next record.
- Click the Review button in the Details view toolbar.
- Mark multiple records as reviewed:
- Select the checkboxes for the row of any records you want to mark as reviewed in the Listing panel.
- Click the Review button from the Listing panel toolbar.
- Mark all records in a listing as reviewed:
- Click the Review the Operations down-arrow at the right of the Review button in the Listing panel.
- Select Mark xx rows as reviewed.
Tip: This operation works for filtered listings, so filter the listing to a subset of records and mark all of those records as reviewed at once using this method.
- Mark one or more records as unreviewed:
- Select the checkboxes for the rows of any records you want to mark as unreviewed in the Listing panel.
- Click the Review the Operations down-arrow at the right of the Review button in the Listing panel.
- Select Mark unreviewed.
- Mark all records in a listing as unreviewed:
- Click the Review the Operations down-arrow at the right of the Review button in the Listing panel.
- Select Mark xx rows as unreviewed.
Important: Keep in mind this will mark any records listed as unreviewed, even if they were marked reviewed during a different review session.
