Note: In version 24.2, a dropdown for "System Organ Class" was added. To view and filter by Preferred Term, choose "Preferred Term" from the "System Organ Class" drop-down. Other options include: High-Level Group Term, High-Level Term, and Reported Term.

Instructions

1. Open the CDA Adverse Event Cross Tabulation sheet.
2. Select a study from the Study filter.
3. Click the green checkmark to confirm the selection.
4. The visualization updates to show the count of AEs reported, Number of Subjects who reported those AEs, and percentage of subjects who reported the AE out of the total number of subjects in the study.
5. Click the + icon next to a System Organ Class to display their Preferred Terms.

   Tip: Click the System Organ Class or Preferred Term search icons to filter the results.

   Note: Not applicable for 24.2, see note under the video.

6. Click the + icon next to the Study name to see a breakdown of the data by toxicity levels, which is the By Variable button selected by default.
   

   Tip: Select another By Variable button to update how the results display, for example Action Taken.

7. Yellow cells indicate subjects above the percentage of subjects threshold, which can be adjusted in the % of Subjects Threshold text box.
