How to Follow Help Articles
- Once signed in, you will notice a Follow button at the top right of any help article.
- To follow an article, click the Follow button; it will update to say Unfollow to indicate you are successfully following the article.
- The next time you sign-in to the Help Center, the article will display in the Quick Access: My Followed Articles drop-down list right on the Homepage.
Note: Followed articles do not "update" to the version of elluminate you upgrade to, nor do they change if you change version from the Help Center header version drop-down. You will need to unfollow and re-follow the new version of an article to change which one displays in your followed list. In some cases you can view the article, and then select a different version from the version drop-down to view that version of the article. This can be an easy way to update your followed articles to a different version.
Important: If you follow an article that is open for conversation you will receive email notifications each time there is a new comment on that article.
