Perform Root Cause Analysis on Underperforming Sites in RBQM

Note: The UI was updated for elluminate version 22.3 and later. The Workspace feature was added for elluminate versions 23.1 and later. However, the functionality in RBQM remains relevant.

Instructions

  1. From the RBQM Overview Dashboard, select an at risk Site.

    Note: This can be done using the Site Summary list or Country Overview map.

  2. When the Site card opens, review the summary of KRIs.
  3. To investigate further, click View Site Details.
  4. Review the KRIs to identify which ones are outside of threshold.
  5. Open a data listing from Data Central related to that KRI to investigate further.

    Tip: Create a custom workspace to make this process easier. (23.1 or later)

  6. Create an issue for another user or role to investigate further on the data record or the KRI itself.
