From any open or docked panel / listing, you can export a listing in order to share it with a user without access to Data Central.
Filter the listing prior to exporting to download a filtered list.
Export a Domain Listing
Click the Export icon and select Export Only My Role or Export All Roles. The Excel file downloads to your computer.
Note: When downloading a domain listing, the Excel file includes review details, including review status, reviewer, and date / time.

Export the Issues Listing
When exporting the Issues listing, you have the option to export the listing with or without comments.
Click the Export icon and select Export Issues or Export Issues with Comments to download the listing to your computer.
Tip: Selecting Export Issues with Comments provides all entered comments in the last column, which are automatically sized and wrapped. Multiple comments are separated by a dotted line.
Access an Issue from the Exported File
Within the exported listing, you can access the issue within elluminate by clicking the link in the Issue ID column. Users may also have to log in (if not already in a current session) before viewing the issue from the direct link.
Export the Subjects Listing
When exporting the Subjects listing, you have the option to export the listing with or without comments.
Click the Export icon and select Export Subjects or Export Subjects with Comments to download the listing to your computer.
Tip: Selecting Export Subjects with Comments provides all entered comments in the last column, which are automatically sized and wrapped. Multiple comments are separated by a dotted line.
Export the Queries Listing
When exporting the Queries listing, the Excel file downloads to your computer.
Click the Export icon to download the listing to your computer.
