Sort the Tasks List
By default, tasks are organized by the Name, in ascending alphabetical order.
Sortable columns: Name, Status, Last Run, Created By and Created.
Click the column header to sort based on that column in ascending order.
Click again to toggle from ascending to descending, and vice versa.
Expand Task Details
Click the side arrow at the left of the Task name to expand the task and see the full task details.
Once expanded, the arrow becomes a down arrow and you can compress the task again to hide the details.
Task Actions
At the far right of every task, three icons allow you to run, edit and delete a task respectively.
- Run: Click the Run (play) icon to run the task immediately, outside of its scheduled date and time if scheduled.
- Edit: Click the Edit (pencil) icon to edit the details of the task.
- Delete: Click the Delete (trash) icon to delete the task.
Note: You cannot edit or delete a task that you did not create, unless you have Admin privileges.

Task actions that persist in a running status can be canceled. A Cancel icon will appear for tasks that have not been completed and have not failed.
Note: Users must have the System Administration privilege to cancel tasks.
- From the Tasks list, click the side arrow next to the name of the task to expand the task details.
- Click the Cancel Task icon. A Cancel Task window opens.
- Click Yes.
The task will be ready for the next execution.
