Identify Sites with an Increase in Queries on a Study using CTOA in Analytics

This article is currently being updated. Please come back later for updates.

Instructions

  1. Select Analytics from the Platform Menu.
  2. Locate the Clinical Trial Operational Analytics (CTOA) app, and click the Home button.
  3. When the CTOA Home Page opens, add a Study filter by selecting the study from the Study filter drop-down.

Note: In the video, CTOA is opened to the Home Page sheet filtered to a Study automatically because we are responding to an Issue created by another user where that study filter was applied. The steps above are an alternative way to access CTOA.

  4. To ensure you are always only looking at data for the specific Study of interest, lock the Study Filter by clicking the filter selection and clicking the lock icon.
  5. Review the Query-related metrics on the CTOA Home Page, and investigate further using the Query-related sheets: Queries by Open Date, Query Details or Query Durations.
  6. Apply additional filters as needed to isolate the problem, for example, add a Site filter.
  7. Respond to or create an Issue as required by your process.
