Visualize and Track Sample Journey and Data Anomalies in Sample Management Analytics

Instructions

  1. From the Analytics SMA app, open the Home Page sheet to see an overview of all sample data across all studies enabled with SMA.

    Note: SMA must be enabled for a study of interest and users must have the Analytics privilege to access SMA.

  2. To focus on specific populations or data, filter to studies, sites, subjects, sample type, etc.
  3. To visualize the sample journey, choose the Sample Flow sheet.
  4. To view samples data by collection status, choose the Sample Details by Collection Status sheet.
  5. To view samples data by location, choose the Sample Details by Location sheet.
  6. To view sample data by subject, choose the Subject Overview sheet.
  7. To view sample data anomalies, choose the Data Anomalies sheet.
  8. Use the sheet title header toolbar to create issues or register reviews.
