Welcome to the elluminate® Help Center, a place for you to connect with other elluminate users to learn and share. The process of managing digital trials is rapidly evolving, and here at eClinical Solutions LLC we believe that everyone benefits from a healthy community that is intended to be a shared resource to further collaboration, support and learning new skills. We’re thankful for you and excited for your valued contributions.

Please read through the following guidelines before posting or commenting in the elluminate Community. All users are expected to be familiar with these guidelines and will be held accountable for following them. These guidelines are in addition to the eClinical Solutions Privacy, Trust and Privacy, and Legal policies.

How to Login

Our Help Center is part of the eClinical Solutions Support suite.

Sign in is not required to view the content or comments, so feel free to browse and search!

Sign in is required to comment, up / down vote, or follow an article or user.

A sign in window will appear when you attempt to preform any of the above actions or when you click the Sign in button at the top right in the header menu.

If you have ever emailed support@eclinicalsol.com then you likely already have an account, and just need a password. Your email and password may differ from your elluminate username and password:

  • If you already have an account: Click the Get Password (or Forgot Password?) link found below the Sign in button and follow the instructions to finish registering your account.
  • If you don't have an account or are unsure: Click the Sign up link below the Sign in button and follow the instructions to register your account. If your email is already associated with an account, a warning will display letting you know you already have an account, and you can follow the previous instruction to finish registration.

Join the Conversation

Anywhere you see the purple comment icon next to an article name, there will be a comment box at the bottom and you can jump right into the conversation! Not sure where to start?

  • Just looking to get engaged and meet others - Click follow at the top and comment below.
  • Have industry knowledge or trends to share - Check out the "Share Clinical Trial Industry Knowledge" post.
  • Want to discuss elluminate - Check out one of the "Discuss elluminate Tips & Best Practices" posts that targets your area of interest.
  • Not seeing a good fit for what you want to say - Click the "Start a New Conversation" button on the Conversations landing page.

Manage Email Notifications

Want to receive email conversations when a new conversation is started? Or maybe you're just interested in getting notifications for comments on a particular conversation.
Important: You must be logged in to take advantage of this feature.

Notifications for all Conversations

  • Click the Follow button on the Conversations landing page and choose "articles and comments" for email notifications when a new conversation is started AND when someone replies to any conversation.
  • Click the Follow button on the Conversations landing page and choose "articles" for email notifications when a new conversation is started.
  • Click the Following button on the Conversations landing page to adjust to a different setting.

Notifications for Specific Conversations

  • Click the Follow button when viewing a specific Conversation article (like the one at the top of this page) for email notifications when someone replies to that specific conversation.

Stop Notifications

  • Click the Following button on the Conversations landing page and a choose Unfollow.
  • Click the Unfollow button when viewing a specific Conversation article.
  • Manage your Follows from your User Profile.

Code of Conduct

We ask you to be respectful of one another and eClinical Solutions. You are responsible for your own actions while participating in this community. We seek to provide a respectful, friendly, professional experience for everyone, and do not tolerate any behavior that is degrading, or that would be deemed harassment or discrimination.


Here are some things to remember in the community:

  • Be respectful, empathetic and welcoming
  • Use good judgement and assume the best of others
  • Use appropriate tone and language
  • Share what you know
  • Stay on topic and be clear
  • Ask for help and help others
  • Provide constructive, helpful answers and feedback
  • Give enough detail, including screenshots and links if needed

 

Here are some things we do not permit in the community:

  • Do not post or link to information that is deceptive, fraudulent, threatening, libelous, harassing or hateful;
  • Do not post or link to offensive or inappropriate content or content intended to be inflammatory;
  • Do not post or link to content that promotes or encourages illegal activities, sexual services or products, or pornography;
  • Do not post or link to viruses, bots, worms, trojan horses or other malicious software, or utilize the community to post, link to, generate, distribute or promote any kind of spam;
  • Do not post or link to content that violates anyone’s intellectual property rights (including copyright, patent, trademark, publicity, moral and other property or proprietary rights) or which you do not have the right to post or link to. You may link to other community content or publicly available elluminate documentation if appropriately attributed and relevant.
  • Do not post or link to content that violates any law, including data privacy regulations or person’s individual privacy rights;
  • Do not post on behalf of other users;
  • Do not post or link to confidential information of eClinical Solutions, its clients, partners, affiliates or vendors or any third party;
  • Do not misrepresent yourself or lie about your identity or affiliation or falsely imply any association or sponsorship by eClinical Solutions;
  • Do not solicit community members for any commercial purpose. Do not solicit community members to interact with you outside of the community to obtain support;
  • Do not spam the community with advertisements or self-promotion;
  • Do not solicit community members for their personal or contact information for any reason;
  • Do not advise other community members to contact elluminate Support unless they are posting about a bug or billing issue;
  • Do not post or link to content that disparages eClinical Solutions, its clients, vendors, partners, or affiliates;
  • For your own safety, do not post your contact information or email address in the community.
  • Do not utilize or interact with the community in any way that violates this or the eClinical Solutions Privacy, Trust and Privacy, and Legal policies
  • Do not provide inaccurate answers to questions; if you don't know the answer, it's better not to comment.

We reserve the right to immediately remove any posts that do not conform to our Community Code of Conduct, without warning. We also reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or bar a user who violates these Community Code of Conduct in eClinical Solutions sole discretion. To report behavior or content that violates or is inconsistent with these Community Code of Conduct, please contact us at support@eclinicalsol.com.
