After we upgraded elluminate, why can't I see some studies or modules?

After upgrading to a new version of elluminate, if you find that you cannot view studies or modules (e.g. Importer or Data Central) that you previously had access to, it is recommended that you clear the cache to resolve this issue.

Clear Cache in Google Chrome

  1. Click the three vertical dots in the upper right in the menubar.
  2. Click on Settings in the drop-down menu.
  3. Click on Privacy and Security tab from the left navigation.
  4. Click Delete Browsing Data.
  5. Choose All time from the Time Range drop-down.
  6. Ensure all three checkboxes are checked for Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
  7. Click Delete Data button.
  8. Refresh elluminate.
