View and Compare Completed Study Assessment Versions in the RACT

Permissions: Users with any RACT privilege can view and compare completed study assessments. 

After an assessment has been completed, the version of the completed assessment details is added to the Versions page.

The list of Completed Assessment Versions is accessed by clicking on Versions in the left navigation.

Columns include Name of assessment, Description, Start Date, Start User, End Date, End User, Total Risk Statements, Total Low Risk Statements, Total Medium Risk Statements, and Total High Risk Statements. Columns can be sorted, fixed, resized, and filtered. The number in the blue badge indicates the number of rows in the filtered list.

The Filters icon at the top right will be solid if any columns in the listing are filtered.

Two versions of completed assessments for a study can be compared.

Compare Completed Versions

  1. Click Versions in the left navigation. The list of Completed Assessment Versions will display.
  2. Select two versions from the list by clicking the checkbox to the left of the rows you wish to compare.
  3. Click the Compare button at the top right.

  4. The Comparison window displays. A blue badge indicates the number of changes between the two selected versions.
  5. Use the icons and toggle buttons at the top to:
    1. Navigate to the next and previous changes. The current change is underlined in orange.
    2. Highlight Changes (this is on by default). To turn off highlighting, click the Highlight Changes toggle. 
    3. View only rows with changes by clicking the Differences Only toggle.
    4. Open the Version Comparison Report (which allows highlighting and printing) by clicking the Report icon.
  6. Change the versions being compared: Click the drop-down next to the name of each version and select a different version.
  7. Continue comparing different versions as needed.
  8. Select the Back arrow at the top left to return to the Versions page.
