Yes! You can sort multiple columns on-the-fly by using SHIFT-Click. Sort the primary column by clicking the column header (choose Ascending or Descending), then hold the SHIFT button down and click the header of the second column (do not release the shift button until you select Ascending or Descending). Repeat for as many columns as you need.
