Analytics tables, graphs, and charts can be exported as images, PDF files, or Excel files.

• Image: PNG or JPEG
• PDF: PDF file
• Data: Excel file

Export a Visualization

1. Right-click a visualization, or hover over it and click the More icon.
2. Click Download as...
   
3. Select an export option.
   

Export as Image

1. Update the Image settings and Type of file if needed.
   
   • Image settings:  Current (default) or Custom. If Custom is selected, update the Width, Height, and Resolution.
   • Type of file: Select the type of file: PNG (default) or JPEG.
2. Click Export, then click the download link.

Export to PDF

1. Update the PDF settings if needed.
   
   • Paper size: Select a paper size from the drop-down menu.
   • Resolution: Adjust the image resolution using the plus and minus signs, or type in a new value.
   • Orientation: Select Portrait or Landscape (default).
   • Aspect ratio options: Select Keep current size (default) or Fit to page.
2. Click Export, then click the download link.

Export Data to Excel

Exporting Data provides a download link for an Excel file.
