A Workbook Patient Profile option is available from the Subjects panel. Users can generate and export a complete Excel workbook containing all selected data domains (typically CRF and lab data) for one subject, all subjects, or a filtered subject list. Each domain in the workbook is shown in a separate worksheet.
Advanced Filters applied to a WPP are reflected in the exported WPPs. If the advanced filter includes domains also present in the WPP configuration, only the overlapping domains are filtered.
Important: A workbook must already be configured with at least one data domain for the export to be successful. If one is not configured, an error message displays when opening the file.

Tip: The Excel workbook initially shows the subject number sheet. If an advanced filter is applied, the filter name appears on this sheet. Select a domain sheet to view its data.
