Permissions: To review and monitor data using the IDRP, a user must have the Data Central and View privileges.
Data Central users with Reviewer Roles can add and manage Review Objectives within Data Central Configuration (they will only see ReviFew Plan in the left navigation if they do not have the Study Configure privilege).
The Integrated Data Review Plan (IDRP) for a study is configured within Data Central Configuration.
Integrating the Data Review Plan (IDRP) into the elluminate platform enhances our comprehensive, end-to-end solution for data ingestion, cleaning, review, visualization, and analysis. This integration standardizes and streamlines the review process, promotes greater cross-functional collaboration, and ensures alignment and transparency across teams. By centralizing all review activities within a single intuitive platform, elluminate eliminates the need to manage plans externally or switch between multiple tools, improving efficiency and user experience throughout the entire data lifecycle.
Access the IDRP
From the Data Central Studies page, click the Objectives to Review tile on a study card to navigate to the Review Plan Dashboard and see the Review Objectives in the left navigation.
Alternatively, if already in Data Central, the Review Plan can be accessed from the left navigation at the bottom of the Study Status section.
Badges: Next to Review Plan are two badges:
- Green: Indicates the number of completed objectives for the logged-in role.

Clicking the Options icon opens a menu to access the Review Plan Dashboard, Review Plan Panel (the list of objectives), or Review Plan Details (new tab with the list of objectives on the left with the first objective's details on the right).
To open the Review Plan in the left navigation, click Review Plan.
The Review Plan opens over the left navigation, displaying the review objectives for the logged-in role. The list is organized by primary domain. By default, the first data store / domain is expanded, showing each review objective with a Status icon (Not Started, In Progress, Complete, or Unknown). Use the scrollbar and expand any data stores / domains that are not already expanded to view all review objectives.
Blue Badge: Indicates the number of review objectives assigned to the logged-in user's role.

This opens a new sheet displaying the number of objectives for the selected role, the objective status (with colored badges indicating Not Started, In Progress, and Complete counts), and the number of primary domains across the top.
The charts in the middle include an Objectives Breakdown pie chart (showing Status by default; click the Priority toggle to view by priority) and an Objectives by Primary Domain bar chart (showing each primary domain by status by default; click the Priority toggle to view by priority).
The list of Review Objectives is located at the bottom of the dashboard. All standard Data Central and Visualization functionalities are available.
Users with Reviewer roles will see a 'Show All Roles' switch in the toolbar of the Review Objectives Breakdown object, allowing them to view the Review Plan Dashboard across all roles. The 'All Roles' dashboard includes the same information plus an additional KPI in the breakdown: the number of Reviewer Roles. It also includes a bar chart, Objectives By Reviewer Role, grouped by Status Priority. The underlying data encompasses all roles configured for the study.Read Only users will only see the ‘All Roles’ dashboard.
An important note about the Review Objectives table in the 'Show All Roles' view is that it has an All Roles Status which is a culmination of all Reviewer Roles' statuses. What that means is that a Review Objective in this view will not be considered Complete until each Reviewer Role assigned to the Review Objective has completed their review.

Review Plan Panel: Click to open the Review Objectives panel, which can be docked and added to the sheet in view.
- Review Plan Details: Click to open a new sheet, Review Plan Details. This sheet features a split screen, with the Review Objectives panel on the left and the details for the selected record on the right.

To view review objectives for other roles, click the drop-down and select the desired role. Users will not be able to review against those review objectives (logged-in user's role must match the selected role), it is a read-only view.
Use the Search field to narrow the list of roles. As text is entered, roles containing that text will display. Click the down arrow to close the list of roles.
The Progress Bar beneath the role selector indicates the number of completed objectives out of the total number of objectives assigned to the role.
