Data Review Tracking in Analytics

Analytics enables users to document data reviews using the Register Review link on an analytic sheet. Each analytic sheet also includes a Reviews link that opens the Analytic Sheet Review Log Report, which lists all reviews logged by users.

Register a Review

  1. Click Register Review. If required, select a study or subject. A notification indicates when a selection is required.

  2. The Register Review window opens and displays the sheet name, study, user role, user ID, and review date and time.

    Update the next review date and add review comment in the Register Review window

  3. Update Next Review Date by clicking the calendar icon and selecting the date and time.
  4. Click OK to apply the selected date and time.
  5. Enter a review comment. To expand the text box, drag the resize handle.
  6. Click Save. A confirmation message appears briefly.

Tip: Enter the review objective, for example by copying it from an Integrated Data Review Plan, and add any additional review comments.

Access the Analytic Sheet Review Log Report

Access the report in one of the following ways:

  1. From an analytic sheet, click Reviews. The Analytic Sheet Review Log Report opens in a new browser tab.
  2. From the Platform Menu, click Platform Administration > Reports > Analytic Sheet Review Log Report.

The report opens with no filters applied. 

Tip: Use filters, sorting, column rearrangement, exports, and report definitions to customize the report. For more information about report features, see the Run and Schedule System Reports and Report Definitions article in the Administration section.
