Important: Any user assigned a specific role will mark a record as reviewed on behalf of that role and a role can only mark a record as reviewed once. Meaning, three users with the role of Medical Monitor cannot each individually mark a record as reviewed.
Instructions
- From a Data Central study, being by viewing a domain listing.
- By default, the listing is filtered to your role (e.g. MM), so it only shows records that are new or have been updated since the record was last reviewed.
- To filter so only records that have been reviewed by another role display, click the column header for that role (e.g. DM) and select Filter.
Check the box next to Reviewed and click the Filter Rows button. Now only the records in that listing that still require review by your role but have already been reviewed by the Data Manager role, will display.
Tip: To include records already reviewed by your role, click your role's column header, select Filter and then click the Clear button. This will remove all filters for your role and therefore include any records you've already reviewed, while showing only records already reviewed by the other role.
- Perform Data Review as you normally would.
