Instructions
- From the Analytics CDA app, open the eDISH Plot sheet.
- Toggle between ALT or AST for x-axis.
- Change All ALP Results to ALP >=2xULN (more than or equal to two times the upper limit) to narrow results to patients that are at risk of cholestasis.
- Change No Window to Window 30 Days or Less to narrow results for the last 30 days.
- Expand the eDish Plot visualization to full screen to more easily view outliers that fall out of the normal range, (horizontal green lines are labeled for 1xULN, 2xULN, 3xULN).
- Click anywhere on the eDish Plot visualization to open the lasso tool menu.
- Click the lasso icon to activate it, and draw the lasso around any outlying data of interest.
- Click the green check button to confirm your selection.
- If in full screen mode, minimize the eDish Plot visualization to see on the right side of the sheet the rest of the line graphs (ALP, BILI, ALT, AST) update with the selection to show the results for a specified duration.
- Toggle between Study Week and Study Day to adjust the duration.
- Expand the ALP line graph to full screen to more easily view subjects that consistently have outlying values, (as opposed to subjects that only have a brief spike).
- Click anywhere on the ALP line graph to open the lasso tool menu.
- Click the lasso icon to activate it, and draw the lasso around any outlying data of interest.
- Click the green check button to confirm your selection.
- If in full screen mode, minimize the ALP line graph to see the rest of the sheet update with the selection of only subjects who had consistently outlying values over time.
- Open other sheets to cross-reference for safety aspects of the patients with outliers, such as the Adverse Advents Summary, Prior and Concomitant Treatment Summary, Disposition Summary, etc.
