How do I refresh the Analytics Apps to ensure the latest changes?

Permissions: This can only be done by users with the Analytics Customize privilege.

The Analytics applications can be refreshed at any point to ensure the latest changes to the applications are applied.

  1. From the Global Menu Bar, click the Administration drop-down. Or, for versions 22.3 and later from the Platform Menu, expand Platform Administration.
  2. Select Customize Analytics.
  3. The studies list will display in expandable rows with the applications for each study displayed as tiles within each study row.
  4. Click the Refresh icon within the application tile to publish its new or updated visualizations.

    Tip: There is a Refresh icon for each app within a study, as well as one for each study (located at the far right of the study row header). Clicking the Refresh icon for the study will refresh all of the analytics applications listed for that study.

  5. After clicking the Refresh icon, a warning dialog window displays. Click the Confirm button to refresh the visualizations within the app.

    Note: This may take some time.
