How do I request access to a study?

To see which studies you have access to, first review the article called Manage your User Profile in the Getting Started > elluminate Overview section of the Help Center. This article explains how to view your current privileges and study access.

If you still believe you do not have the required study access, request access from your elluminate Administrator or contact eCS Support at support@eclinicalsol.com.
