eClinical Solutions has a process in place to ensure excellent support for elluminate. If the Help Center and Community have not offered the solution you need, there are a variety of ways you can get further elluminate support:
Via Your Project Manager
Contact your Project Manager and have them work with our team to resolve the issue.
Via Online Form
Click the Contact Support button in the header.
Via Email
Email support@eclinicalsol.com to create a ticket. An email will be generated letting you know your request was received.
Via Phone
Call 508-594-6359. Upon leaving a message, it is forwarded to Support and a ticket is automatically created.
