Permissions: Users with RACT Assessment Read Only or RACT Assessment Read Write privileges can view and compare finalized studies.

After an Assessment Version has been finalized, it can now be compared to another finalized version. On the Assessments page, highlight the two versions to be compared in the Assessment Versions listing on the page. The Compare button becomes enabled.

Tip: At the bottom of the left navigation panel, there are links to the Risk Management and RBQM modules. This allows users to navigate seamlessly between Risk Management, RACT, and RBQM.

Compare Finalized Versions

1. Select two versions from the listing by clicking on the rows to highlight them.
2. Click the Compare button at the top right.
   
3. The Comparison window displays. A blue badge indicates the number of changes between the two selected versions.
4. Use the icons and toggle buttons at the top to:
   1. Navigate to the next and previous changes. The current change is underlined in orange.
   2. Highlight Changes (this is on by default). To turn off highlighting, click the Highlight Changes toggle.
   3. View only rows with changes by clicking the Differences Only toggle.
   4. Open the Version Comparison Report (which allows highlighting and printing) by clicking the Report icon.
5. Change the versions being compared: Click the drop-down next to the name of each version and select a different version.
6. Continue comparing different versions as needed.
7. Select the Back arrow at the top left to return to the Assessments page.
