Permissions: To review and monitor data using the IDRP, a user must have the Data Central and View privileges.
Data Central users with Reviewer Roles can add and manage Review Objectives within Data Central Configuration (they see only Review Plan in the left navigation if they do not have the Study Configure privilege).
The Integrated Data Review Plan (IDRP) for a study is configured within Data Central Configuration.
Integrating the Data Review Plan (IDRP) into the elluminate platform brings review planning and execution into the same environment used for data ingestion, cleaning, visualization, and analysis. This integration provides a consistent framework for defining review objectives, assigning responsibilities, and tracking review progress across teams. Keeping review activities within elluminate allows users to work from a single system rather than managing plans externally or moving between multiple tools, which simplifies workflows and supports more efficient data review.
Access the IDRP
From the Data Central Studies page, click the Objectives to Review tile on a study card to navigate to the Review Plan Dashboard and see the Review Objectives in the left navigation.
Alternatively, if already in a Data Central study, access the Review Plan from the left navigation in the Study Status section.
Badges: Next to Review Plan are two badges:
- Green: Indicates the number of completed objectives for the logged-in role.
- Red: Indicates the number of objectives that are not started or are in progress for the logged-in role.
Options Menu: Hover over Review Plan in the left navigation to display the Options (ellipsis) icon. Select the icon to open a menu with Review Plan Dashboard, Review Plan Panel (the Review Objectives list), and Review Plan Details (a new sheet with a split view showing the Review Objectives list on the left and details for the first objective on the right).
To open the Review Plan in the left navigation, click Review Plan.
Tip: To quickly access the Review Plan Dashboard, click the Workspace drop-down in the master header and select Review Plan Dashboard under the elluminate folder.
