Note: Users can share both Analytics and Data Central visualizations to colleagues within and outside of elluminate.

Analytics: Share Internally

To share an entire Analytics sheet with a colleague who is also using elluminate:

1. In the Sheets drop-down, select My Own from the drop-down
2. Right-click on the sheet you want to share.
3. Click Publish. The Sheet is now visible in Community sheets and your colleague can view it.

Tip: If your colleague wants to make edits to the sheet you published, they can right-click it and duplicate it, make their edits and then publish it to share. It's best practice for the creator of the original sheet that was duplicated and edited to then right-click and unpublish their sheet to avoid confusion. That way every user is working off the most recent sheet.

Analytics: Share Externally

To share an Analytics visualization outside of elluminate:

1. Hover over the visualization, and click the three dot icon.
2. Select Download As...
3. Choose:
   1. Image in PNG or JPG format.
   2. PDF document.
   3. Data in an Excel File.
4. Select the appropriate options and click Export.
5. The visualization will download and you can share accordingly.

Note: Alternatively, you can take storytelling snapshots and build a presentation that can be downloaded as a PowerPoint or PDF. To learn more watch the elluminate for Executives video in Getting Started.

Data Central: Share Internally

Data Central Visualizations can be shared within elluminate or between elluminate accounts:

Option 1: Share a New Visualization

1. Create the chart and click Save.
2. Under Visibility, set to public and ensure all or the colleagues' role is selected.
3. Click Save to confirm.

Option 2: Share an Existing Visualization

1. From the Master Header, click the Action (vertical dots) icon, located to the right of the Workspace drop-down.
2. Select the Manage Objects (folder) icon.
3. Locate the visualization in the menu on the left and select it.
4. Under Visibility, change from private to public, and ensure all or the colleagues' role is selected.
5. Click Save to confirm.

Option 3: Share a Visualization Configuration between elluminate Accounts

1. In one elluminate account, under the Data Central Visualizations panel, click the edit (pencil) icon next to the desired visualization.
2. Click the Export Configuration icon at the top right of the Visualization Designer window.
3. The visualization .json file will download.
4. In the other elluminate account, click the plus icon next to Data Central Visualizations, to add a New Visualization.
5. Select the same type of Visualization exported from account one.
6. Click the Import Configuration icon at the top right of the Visualization Designer window.
7. Drag onto or browse for the .json file you downloaded.
8. Save the new visualization.

Data Central: Share Externally

To share a Data Central visualization outside of elluminate:

1. View the visualization as a panel within Data Central.
2. From the visualization toolbar, click the More Options (vertical dots) icon.
3. Select Exporting from the menu, and choose:
   • Send to Print.
   • Export as a PDF document.
   • Export as a PNG or JPG image.
4. The print options will open or the visualization will download and you can share accordingly.
