Sign in is required to view the full content library, comment in Conversations, or follow articles and users. The Sign in window opens when a user attempts any of these actions or clicks Sign in in the header.

Instructions

Users who previously emailed support@eclinicalsol.com likely already have an account and only need to create a password. See the following options to access or create an account.

Important: The email address and password may differ from the elluminate username and password.

Already Have an Account

1. Click the Request Password link below the Sign in button.
2. Enter the email address, complete the human verification, and click the Submit button. 
3. An email is sent to the address. Follow the instructions to create a password.

Don't Have an Account (or Unsure)

1. Click the Sign up link below the Sign in button.
2. Enter a name and email address, complete the human verification, and click the Sign up button.
   • If the email address is already associated with an account, a warning indicates that the account already exists. Follow the steps in Already Have an Account instead.
3. An email is sent to the address. Follow the instructions to complete account registration.

Forgot Password

1. Click the Forgot password? link below the Password field.
2. Follow the prompts to reset the password.
