Access Import and Export Lists and Download Exported Data

The Import & Export page in Platform Administration centralizes study data transfers across two tabs: Imports and Exports.

With appropriate privileges, entries in the Imports tab link to the associated Import pages, while the Exports tab provides download links for previously generated files. 

Access the Imports and Exports List

  1. Click the 9-dot icon to open the Platform Menu. 
  2. From the Platform Menu, select Import & Export under Platform Administration. 
  3. By default, the Imports tab displays the first 10 imports across all studies.

    • Use the Search field to refine the list. By default, Name is selected. Use the drop-down to select Status, Type, or Details, then enter search text and click the magnifying glass icon. To return to the full list, click the X in the search field.
    • By default, 10 rows display. Use the rows drop-down to select 5, 15, or 20 rows.
    • To view imports for a specific study, select a study from the Study drop-down in the master header.

    • Use the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom of the window to navigate between pages.

  4. To view all exports, select the Exports tab.

Access Import Details

To view import details, click the study name in the Imports list.

The Importer page opens for the selected study.

Select the History tab to view import history.

Access Export Details

To view export details, select the Exports tab, then click the side arrow to expand the details. The Filename column displays the exported filename alongside the existing export details, making it easier to identify and trace exported files by using the timestamp included in the filename.

Download Exported Data

From the Exports list, click Download to retrieve the exported data.

Tip: Exported data can also be downloaded from the Exporter tab within a study.
