eForms allows users to enter, view, and edit data not otherwise imported into elluminate through the use of custom-built web forms. eForms may be used to incorporate information not available in imports from your third-party systems (for example, additional site information), or for adding tables to be used in mapping definitions or analytics / visualizations.

Important: eForms are only for collection of operational data and should never be used for collection of clinical / source data.

Who can use eForms?

• Any user with eForms and View privileges will be able to access the eForms module within elluminate.
• Only users with Exporter privilege can access the published data from an eForm, from the Exporter module.
