Release Highlights Summary
elluminate Assist
New! Internally developed GenAI-enabled 'elluminate Assist' chatbot. Introducing 'elluminate Assist,' an internally developed GenAI-enabled text-to-SQL chatbot available in Data Central. This advanced tool leverages Large Language Models (LLM) to understand natural language questions related to data in SDTM safety domains (AE, CM, DM, DS, EX, LB, MH, VS, SV, ECG, PR), and generates results, relevant SQL queries, and explanations. The response also includes a clickable link that opens a draft Custom Listing within Visualizations. This elluminate Assist custom listing can be saved, further edited, and include Subject filters and Data Cuts.
Data Central
New! Integrated Clean Progress Tracking. Data Central’s new integrated Clean Progress Tracking streamlines data cleaning workflows! This feature provides insights into subject status and data cleaning progress. Easily navigate from the Subjects listing to perform review, issue, and query activities, or use the built-in visualizations and workspace for an enhanced view of progress, quicker bottleneck identification, and proactive risk management.
Updated! Data Central Visualizations now supports multi-selection. The Combo, Pie, Scatter/Bubble, Box & Whisker, Timeline, and Histogram charts now support multi-selection, allowing users to select multiple values for more comprehensive analysis. Selecting additional segments automatically updates existing filters and filter pills to reflect all selections.
Updated! Enhanced Data Central Visualization filtering. Enhanced the chart filtering logic to allow users the flexibility to apply either a Subject Filter or a Selected Records filter, depending on their intended analysis. Clicking on a chart segment will filter all relevant charts and listings (those built on the same underlying listing) to display only the data for the selected records. Right-clicking on a chart segment and selecting Filter Subjects will apply a Subject Filter to all charts and listings, including the underlying listing.
Updated! Added Dynamic Filters to Data Central Visualizations. All chart types now include a new dynamic filtering feature that allows users to pre-specify fields and values for filtering. A customizable filter drop-down will appear above the chart when users enable the 'Dynamic Filter' switch in the Chart Designer.
Updated! Improved Data Central Listings' column filtering. The previous 50-result limit for column filtering in listings has been removed. Users can now view up to 100 values at a time, with scrolling for additional results, providing visibility into all distinct filter values. Additionally, a new feature has been added that allows users to press Enter after searching for specific values (minimum three characters) to automatically select all matching results within the filter.
Updated! Added support to export the Records Review Summary panel. The Records Review Summary panel is now exportable to Excel, allowing users the flexibility to share and report metrics as needed.
Analytics
Updated! Redesigned Analytics landing page. The Analytics landing page has been fully redesigned to enhance presentation, user experience, and platform consistency. This update introduces infinite scrolling, a streamlined master header, and enhanced app cards to simplify navigation and improve usability. Key features include thumbnails on app cards for easy identification, unique colors assigned to each app type, and the ability to favorite apps for quick access. Additionally, each app card is clickable, includes quick-action buttons for Home, Overview, Info, and Favorite, and clearly displays essential app details like version, deployment date, and data model reload timestamp, all at a glance.
Updated! CTOA: Aligned the CTOA Subject Status to CDA Subject Status and redesigned the Subject Early Discontinuation sheet. The default Subject Status definitions in CTOA have been updated to better align with CDA, streamlining setup and configuration and incorporating optional statuses, including InScreeningYN, ScreenedYN, ConsentedYN, TreatedYN, and DiscontinuedStudyYN. Additionally, the Subject Early Discontinuation sheet has been redesigned to provide a complete view of all discontinued subjects, regardless of reason. The redesigned charts and listings offer flexible insights, increasing transparency and efficiency in analyzing subjects who did not complete the study.
Updated! CDA and CTOA Home Page filters. Both CDA and CTOA Home Pages have been updated with new filters such that both apps now include Therapeutic Area, Program, and Compound filters. These additions enable more focused study analysis, uncovering valuable insights into trends and treatment effectiveness.

Updated! Redesigned Details, Configuration, and Studies pages. Enhanced navigation and layout updates improve usability across Details, Configure Study, and Studies pages. The Details page now includes updated pagination controls for quicker navigation and an optimized layout for descriptions and configurable settings (using consistent labels) for better readability. The Configure Study window features clearer field labels and streamlined controls for dependent settings, plus updated toggle switches for quick adjustments. On the Studies page, a bold card design and infinite scroll provide a cleaner, more engaging user experience. Consistent header alignment, updated icons, and refined color schemes unify and elevate the interface.
